Parent / Guardian
An individual using Activi to discover or book activities for a child.

A class, lesson, camp, tutoring session, or program listed on Activi.
Booking
A reservation or purchase made through the platform.
2. The Role of Activi
Activi operates as a marketplace platform.
- Parents can discover and book activities
- Providers can list and manage their programs
Activi does not operate, supervise, or control the activities themselves. Activity providers are independent businesses or individuals responsible for:
- Running their programs
- Ensuring participant safety
- Maintaining appropriate insurance
- Managing staff and instructors
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Activi’s role is limited to providing the technology that enables discovery and booking.
3. Eligibility to Use Activi
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Parents must create and manage accounts for children
- Children may not create accounts directly
By using Activi you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Parent Accounts
Parents can create accounts to:
- Discover activities
- Book programs
- Manage schedules
- Track participation
Parents are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Ensuring information accuracy
- Supervising their child’s participation
5. Child Profiles
Parents may create profiles for their children to organize activities. Profiles may include:
- Age or age range
- Interests
- Activity participation history
Parents maintain full control of this information.
6. Activity Listings
Activity providers create listings that may include:
- Program descriptions
- Age groups
- Schedules
- Pricing
- Locations
Providers are responsible for ensuring listings are accurate and up to date. Activi does not guarantee listing accuracy.
7. Bookings
A booking may involve:
- Selecting an activity
- Choosing dates or sessions
- Providing participant information
- Completing payment
Once a booking is confirmed, the agreement is primarily between the parent and the activity provider.
8. Payments
Payments through Activi are processed by secure third-party payment processors. Activi does not store full credit card information.
By completing a booking, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or processing fees.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the activity provider. Providers may define policies regarding:
- Refund eligibility
- Cancellation deadlines
- Rescheduling options
- Credits for future activities
Activi may assist with communication but does not control provider decisions.
10. Provider Responsibilities
Providers agree to:
- Provide accurate listings
- Maintain qualifications and certifications where required
- Maintain required licenses
- Carry appropriate insurance
- Ensure a safe environment for children
11. Provider Accounts
Providers are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate business information
- Managing schedules
- Honoring confirmed bookings
- Communicating clearly with parents
12. Platform Fees
Activi may charge providers fees for services including:
- Booking commissions
- Subscription plans
- Featured listings
- Payment processing fees
Parents are not charged for browsing activities.
13. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Provide false information
- Interfere with platform operation
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Harass other users
Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.
14. Reviews and Feedback
Activi may allow users to leave reviews. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain offensive or misleading content.
15. Platform Availability
While we work to maintain reliable service, Activi cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
16. Safety Disclaimer
Activi helps parents discover activities but does not supervise or control programs. Parents should evaluate providers independently.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Activi is not liable for:

- Provider misconduct
- Errors in listings
- Disputes between parents and providers
18. Account Suspension or Termination
Activi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
